About The Event
This is a FREE event.
The session will take place at the old gym at Coleridge community college between 4-5:30pm.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and trainers, it would be good to bring some water with you too.
If you can no longer make it - please let us know, so someone else can take your place, we have limited availability for this workshop so please be respectful.
