About The Event
Drawing has been known to help ease stress as putting pencil to paper allows you to give yourself some space from unwanted, often uncontrollable, thoughts and engage in an activity you can control.
Your trusted art facilitator will be on hand for any questions, tips and general conversations. Come on down and unleash your imagination in a safe space, whether you were born with a pad and pencil in your hand or you've never drawn anything in your life, everyone is welcome.
If you have a sketch pad and a favourite pencil, feel free to bring them along, alternatively paper and pencils to sketch on will be provided.
