It’s fairly common knowledge that our furry friends feed off of our  energy. If we feel down, anxious or on-edge, our pets/companions are  likely to follow suit, so working to regulate our own stress levels and  nervous system can directly benefit our dogs. Practicing movement  modalities with our dogs also helps keep us grounded and aware of our  physical and emotional states and acts as a bonding experience with our  animals.

Some dogs may play and climb during the session, while others may  use your mats as a napping space or decide to plant kisses on fellow  yogis or dogs! However they choose to spend their session with you,  you’ll both leave feeling refreshed and hopefully have a lot of fun. 

All  you need to do is bring your own mat and pooch!
